Understanding of Fitness
Physical fitness is the ability and ability of the body to make adjustments (adaptations) to the release of the physics given to it (from work done everyday) without causing excessive fatigue. Does not cause fatigue which means that the meaning is after someone has done an activity / activity, still has enough enthusiasm and energy to enjoy his free time and for other sudden needs.
Types of fitness
- Motor related fitness: physical fitness related to skills.
Components
1. Components of fitness related to health
- Cardiac respiratory endurance
- Muscle strength (muscle strength)
- Muscle endurance
- Flexibility / flexibility (flexibility)
- Body composition
2. Components of fitness related to skills
- Speed (speed)
- Power
- Balance
- Agility
- Coordination (coordination)
- And added components of fitness related to health.
1. Definition of Health
Health is a perfect physical, mental and social condition, not just the absence of a disease, not only the absence of a disease.

Physical health
Healthy spiritually
One's health aspects include the following:
1. Physical health is realized if someone does not feel and complain of pain or lack of complaints and indeed objectively does not appear to be sick. All body organs function normally or do not experience interference.
2. Mental health (soul) includes 3 components, namely mind, emotional, and spiritual.
• Healthy thoughts are reflected in ways of thinking or thinking.
• Emotional health is reflected in a person's ability to express his emotions, such as fear, joy, worry, sadness and so on.
• Healthy spirituality is reflected in the way someone expresses gratitude, praise, trust and so on to something outside of this mortal realm, namely Almighty God (Allah SWT in Islam). For insteance healthy spirit can be saw from religion practice of one.
In other words, being spiritually healthy is a situation where a person carries out worship and all the rules of his religion.
3. Social health is realized if a person is able to relate to other people or other groups properly, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion or belief, social status, economy, politics, and so on, as well as mutual tolerance and respect.
4. Health from the economic aspect can be seen if someone (adult) is productive, in the sense of having activities that produce something that can support his own life or his family financially. For those who are not yet adults (students or students) and old age (retired), this limit does not apply automatically. Therefore, for those groups, what applies is socially productive, which has activities that are useful for their lives later, for example achieving for students or students, and social, religious or other social services for the elderly.
